1. Delivery Policy
Order before 3 PM: Eligible for same-day delivery
Order after 3 PM: Will be delivered on the next day
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. Missed deliveries due to unavailability may incur a re-delivery charge.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased or delivered:
Alcohol
Cigarettes and tobacco products
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Frozen or chilled items
Items marked as clearance, sale, or short-dated
We advise customers to double-check these products before purchase or at the time of delivery.
3. Refunds and Returns Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return or refund in the following cases:
Product delivered is damaged or defective
Wrong item received
Item is missing from the order
Expired or spoiled product delivered

4. How to Request a Refund or Return
To request a return or refund:
Contact us via WhatsApp or call within 24 hours
Share your order number, description of the issue, and a photo (if required)
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method or as store credit
5. In-Store Purchases
For in-store purchases:
Please return the item with the original receipt within 2 days (if eligible)
Product must be unused and in original packaging
Returns without receipt may not be accepted
6. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for perishable or non-refundable items. Eligible items may be exchanged within 2 days, subject to stock availability and product condition.

The Bazaar Supermart reserves the right to:
Refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet eligibility conditions
