We currently offer delivery within select areas of Hounslow and nearby localities. Please confirm with our team on WhatsApp if your postcode is within our delivery radius before placing your order.

4. How to Place an Order

Our team will confirm product availability and total amount before dispatch.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order, our driver will attempt to call you.
If still unsuccessful, the delivery will be rescheduled with an additional charge.
We recommend keeping your phone on and being available during the delivery window.
6. Delivery of Perishable & Frozen Items
Fresh produce (like vegetables, dairy, and frozen items) is packed carefully and delivered in good condition.
Please refrigerate items promptly after receiving them.
We do not take responsibility for spoilage due to delays in accepting the order.
7. Alcohol and Restricted Products
Alcohol or cigarette orders require the customer to be 18+ years.
ID verification may be requested at delivery.
These items are non-refundable once delivered.
8. Cancellations & Changes
You can cancel or modify your order up to 1 hour before delivery time.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
In case of a delay from our end (weather, traffic, etc.), we’ll inform you in advance.
